Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-02- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A CUSTOM CABINET BUSINESS WITHIN A DETACHED ACCESSOIty STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17731 EATON STREET N~ BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-02-xxx adopting Findings of Pact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permitk NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On , 2004 a Home Occupation' Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of P, amsey ("Ci}y") to Jim Kreuser ("Permit Holder") to operate a custom cabinet business in a detached accessory structure located on the property generally known as 17731 Eaton Street NW and legally described as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Ivlinnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, said point being a distance of 433.01 feet south of the northeast comer thereof, thence south 86 degrees, 55 minutes, 58 seconds west on a .line parallel to the north line of safd Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 633.01 feet, thence southerwesterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 680 feet a distnce of 187.91 feet, thence south 71 degrees 05 minutes 58 seconds west a distance of 33 'feet, thence southeasterly at right angles a distance of 33 feet, thence southerly on a curve to the right havnig a radius of 601.92 feet and a central angle of 20 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds a dista¢ce of 218.60 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described, thence continue southerly on same described cuve to the right haVing a radius of 601.92 feet with a central angle !of 15 degrees 16 minutes 29 seconds for a distance of 160.47 feet, thence south 58 degrees 37 minutes 19 seconds east a distance of 168.37 feet, thence south 67 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds east a distance of 353.66 feet to a point which is 383.10 feet west of the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter as measured along its north '.line, thence northerly and parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 403.10 feet to 'a point which is 716.02 feet south of the north '.line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Qumxer as measured along its east line; thence westerly and parallel with the north line of said.Southeast Quarter of the NorthWest Quarter a distance of 43 1.98 feet to the point of beginning.
