CouncilmemlJer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION//04-02- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST ~ROM AUTO & RV RANCH TO STORE AND DISPLAY MOTOR AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE FOR AN INTERIM PERIOD OFiTIME. WHEREAS, Bob and Patricia McElhaney of Auto & RV Ranch, hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant, s", have properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to stoic auto and recreational vehicles on an unimproved surface for an interim period of time on the PRoperty generally known as 7665 Hwy. #10 N:W. and legally described as follows: That Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Begi~ing at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the S¢uthwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Sduthwest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly fight of way line of U.S. Highv~ay No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly right of way line of said U.S. T;runk Highway No. 10 a distance of 300.00 feet; thence northerly to a point of said southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad distant 366.80 feet sputheasterly from the point of beginning; thence northwesterly along said southe, rly right of' way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad to the point of beginning.
