On November 14,2003, I met with Bruce to view the <br />portiorks Of the fence that had been installed and discuss what was still required to meet <br />the conditions approved by the City. Per that discussion, the following items were agreed <br />to: <br /> o While the five (5) wire strands were all affixed to the inside of the posts <br /> (necessary to withstand pressure of animal leaning into fence), there will be three <br /> non-live lines affixed to the outside of each post. <br /> · Each of these non-live lines will be affixed to the outside of the posts via offsets, <br /> · 'i1~ an effort to create additional separation between the live wires and adjoining <br /> properties. <br /> · The electric fence shall not be turned on until construction is 100% complete. <br /> The fence will not be considered completed until the three (3) non-live lines (on <br /> the outside of the posts) are installed. <br /> ° Upon completion of construction, the electric fence will only be turned on when <br /> necessary. <br /> <br />[ wanted ito thank Bruce for taking the time to meet with me last week. I think that the <br />meeting helped clarify the situation and hopefully resolve any uncertainties.of what was <br />expected. While everyone may not be completely satisfied with the outcome, [ think this <br />certainly meets your needs as well as the concerns of many of the surrounding neighbors. <br /> <br />[ will also be sending a letter to each of the surrounding neighbors to apprise them of ihe <br />situationand what steps are necessary J:br the fence to be constructed as approved by the <br />City. <br /> <br />Again, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 763-433-9905. <br /> <br /> <br />
