Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-02-XXX RESOLUTIO~N RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #04-04 (SEALCOAT AND CRACKFILL HALL-DOVER, HUNTERS RiDGE) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, adopted January 20, 2004, a feasibility study for the 2004 Street Maintenance Program has been prepared by Steve Janko~Wski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project #04-04 (Hall Dover, Hunters Ridge)i and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 10, 2004 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $35,088 Estimated total assessment $17,544 Estimated assessment per unit (3-year term) $161 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AN~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of crackfilling and seal¢oating of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes iChapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $35,088. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of March, 2004 at Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
