Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated on Item #15, Roller Sports Facilities at Central Park or at the School, they might at the time of construction, decide the build the Roller Sports Facility at the school and have the School Board share the expenses. He also stated they could also pave the hockey rink so it can be used year round. Commissioner Olds asked how paving the rink would affect the hockey portion in the winter. Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated there would not be a concern. He stated by paving the rink, they could get the ice down faster because it would not seep into the ground. Parks/utilities Supervisor Boos stated on item #17, Titterud Park Irrigation, the amount should have been amended. He stated he would like two to three pages of additional recommendations by the Commission on improvements. Chairperson Cook stated he would like improved signage at Peltzer Park. Parks/utilities Supervisor Boos stated they tried to get signage with a request for proposal but did not receive any responses. Update on Rivenwick 3rd Addition City Administrator Nelson stated the developments had a slow start. He stated they are seeing more developments come. He stated there was not much more to update them on. Townhouse Development - Town Center North Parks/utilities Supervisor Boos stated Bright Keys Townhome Development is being integrated into the Town Center area and they need to get serious about preserving land.
