Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated on Item #15, Roller Sports <br />Facilities at Central Park or at the School, they might at the time of construction, decide the build <br />the Roller Sports Facility at the school and have the School Board share the expenses. He also <br />stated they could also pave the hockey rink so it can be used year round. <br /> <br />Commissioner Olds asked how paving the rink would affect the hockey portion in the winter. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated there would not be a concern. He stated by paving the <br />rink, they could get the ice down faster because it would not seep into the ground. Parks/utilities <br />Supervisor Boos stated on item #17, Titterud Park Irrigation, the amount should have been <br />amended. He stated they are seeing <br />more developments come.
