COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Public Hearing: Request for Easement Vacation Sunfish Lake Business Park; Case of City of Ramsey Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:08 p.m. Presentation Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City Council approved the final plat of Sunfish Lake Business Park 2 nd Addition at their August 12, 2003 meeting. A portion of the Business Park was replatted to accommodate requests for smaller lots by prospective buyers. Some of the easements that were put in place with the original plat of the Business Park now need to be vacated. Citizen Input There was none. Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Pearson, Kurak, Cook, Elvig, Strommen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. The public hearing closed at 7:09 p.m. Council Action The regular meeting of the City Council was called back to order at 7:09 p.m. Councilmember Elvig inquired if the City had purchased any of the easement in the past.
