He stated the site was designed and developed by the developer's task force and
not affiliated with the City of Ramsey web site. He stated they needed to be involved with
checking on this continuously before problems arise. He stated he has been meeting with John
Fegis for about a year and Mr. Fegis is very involved in the City.

Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated there needed to be a lot of involvement in this project.
Commissioner Johns stated the primary purpose of this was to create an identity for the City.

Chairperson Cook stated hopefully this would have enough tax basis so revenue is brought into
the City for other recreational activities.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Commissioner Johns, seconded by Commissioner Olds, to adjourn the meeting.
Motion carried.

The Park and Recreation Commission meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.

Respectfully submitted~

Sue ~sbeck
Recording Secretary Parks/Utilities Supervisor
TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc.

Park and Recreation Commission/October 10, 2002
Page 5 of 5
