Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Public Hearing on Draft Parks 5-Year CIP <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos reviewed the Capital Improvements Program process with the <br />Commission. The Commission should recommend to the City Council a Five-Year Parks <br />Capital Improvement Program for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johns, seconded by Commissioner LaMere to open the public hearing <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Cook, Commissioners Johns, LaMere, Olds, Ostrum, <br />Rolfe, and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />No one in the audience wished to address the Commission. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos stated since the last meeting they discussed each project in detail <br />and the draft has not changed. However, staff needs to reconcile the Capital Improvements <br />Program in regards to the fund projections. He stated that once he gets the report, he can see if <br />there are years that are too heavy and will return those to the Commission. He stated this is the <br />public hearing and he did not receive any public comment regarding the Commissions C.I.P. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostrum, seconded by Commissioner Rolfe to close the public hearing <br />at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Cook, Commissioners Ostrum, Rolfe, Johns, LaMere, <br />Olds, and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shryock, seconded by Commissioner Olds to move on the Capital <br />Improvement to City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Cook, Commissioners Shryock, Olds, Johns, LaMere, <br />Ostrum, and Rolfe. Voting No: None.
