PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, July 26, <br />1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota to consider a modified Development Program for Development <br />District No. 1 and modified Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 2. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Merland Otto/Hakanson-Anderson Associates <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Arnie Cox <br /> <br />CALL TO QP%DER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the public hearing to order at 7:37 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the purpose of the public hearing is to consider <br />modified Development Program for Development District No. 1 and modified <br />Tax Increment Financing Plan to Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 to <br />accomodate budget changes in the event Atlas Incinerators, Inc. would be <br />utilizing tax increment financing. It is appropriate to conduct the public <br />hearing at this time but adoption of the amendment can be considered on the <br />3uly 27, 1988 City Council agenda. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />.ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca and Pearson. Voting No: None.
