CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 11/12/2014 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />4. 2. <br />Title <br />Consider Site Plan Approval for 2,000 Square Foot Expansion Located at 6588 141st Ave NW; Case of NTI <br />Technologies <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City has received a request from NTI Technologies for a small 2,000 square foot garage/warehouse expansion <br />of their existing facility located at 3588 141st Ave NW. The proposed expansion will match exterior materials of <br />the existing building. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />The proposed expansion will meet all dimensional standards of the E-2 Employment District, according to Planning <br />Commission review on October 9, 2014.
