CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 11/12/2014 <br />By: Diana Lund, Finance <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution 14-11-230 Accepting $1,000 Donation from Ramsey Lions for Heart -Safe Program <br />4. 8. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Purpose: Minnesota Statute 465.03 entitled Gifts to Municipalities states that any city, county, school district or <br />town may accept a grant or devise of real or personal property and maintain such property for the benefit of its <br />citizens in accordance with the terms described by the donor.
