Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Status of Outlot B. Countryside E~tat~.. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann noted that the City Attorney is still in the process of <br />researching an alternative park site in Countryside Estates. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the City Attorney feels that the title company <br />responsible for issuing clear title resulting in the sale of Outlot B <br />should be held responsible. Council took no further action. <br /> <br />Case #15C~' Attendance of Plannin_~ and ZoninE Commissioner~. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson noted that he is attended numerous Planning and <br />Zoning COmmission meetings and on two occassions, there was not a quorum of <br />c ommissiomer~ present to take any action on cases. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that the course of action he is recommending is that he <br />will provide City Council with a report of attendance of commissioners on <br />all City commissions. He will also be sending a letter to each of the <br />commission's chairmen indicating that attendance is expected unless there <br />is a very .good reason for absence. Mr. Hartley indicated that his letters <br />to the Commis~ioms will also indicate that a continued lack of attendance <br />may result in replacement on the commission. <br /> <br />Shirts. hats and lapel pins for the City of Ram~ey. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that in addition to having Ramsey T-shirts and hats <br />available, he would also like to see lapel pins ordered. <br /> <br />Councilmember DeLuca stated that he would like to see Ramsey adopt "City of <br />Rivers" a~ the theme for Ramsey and change the City logo accordingly. <br /> <br />Council consensus was that Mayor Reimann and Councilmember DeLuca will meet <br />to discuss these items and report back to Council. <br /> <br />Case ~16: Pains ~election for the wa~r tower. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka provided the Council with color charts for the water <br />tower. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />select Teardrop as the exterior color of Ramsey's elevated storage tank and <br />select black as the lettering color, with lettering to be "City of Ramsey". <br /> <br />Motion carried.
