maintenance costs for 164th until they do have another access to Hwy. #47. <br />The e×ces$ traffic on 164th will create a need to sealcoat again in the <br />near future; all subdivisions using 164th as an access should share in the <br />cost of maintaining it. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that it is possible the City would consider some cost <br />sharing if the next sealcoating treatment to this area is required sooner <br />than ususal. <br /> <br />Bonnie Ruecerk then submitted two petitions to City Council that were <br />signed by homeowners who also felt that White Pines Estates should share in <br />the cost of sealcoating. <br /> <br />Council received the petitions. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember $orteberg and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers 8orteberg, <br />DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden.
