PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, September <br />27, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1Sorteberg <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember David Bawden <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Acting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />Ramsey children present, Amy Dahlin, Christina Dahlin, Dung Huynh and Zach <br />Johnson led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPU~ <br /> <br />Mr. Art Raudio - 1404 S. Broadway, Sauk Rapids, MN. Mr. Raudio stated that <br />he would like to be placed on the agenda for some clarification of the HY- <br />10 4th Addition. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> <br />Case #19: Draft comments to the Environmental Impact statement for <br /> vertical expansion at the landfill. <br /> <br />Case #20: Meeting with STERN Committee. <br /> <br />Case #21: Discussion regarding HY-10 Fourth Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />DeLuca Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the regular meeting at 7:45 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearing: <br /> City Council / September 27, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 18 <br /> <br /> <br />
