Voting No: None. <br /> <br />~ ~ont~act Award For Well At Cantral Park Park Canter: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that two bids were received for the well at Central Park <br />Park Center; low bidder was E.H. Renner and Sons. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />adopt Resolution #88-211 receiving bids and awarding the contract for the <br />well at the Central Park Park Center to E.H. Renner and Sons in the amount <br />of $7,267.50. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Otto stated that the bid is based on an estimated <br />depth; thera i~ a per linear foot add-on cost if the well must go deeper; <br />based on projected useage and costs, the specs specified a 4 inch rather <br />than 6 inch pipe. Mayor Reimann stated if E.H. Renner's quality of work <br />does not improve from that shown on the municipal well, he will not vote to <br />award bid8 to Renner in the future. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #14: ~arkin~ Lot Li~htin~ For City Hall - Improvement Pro~ect <br /> 88-24: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the City received bids for lighting the City Hall <br />parking lot; they range from $22,695 to $29,800; engineer's estimate was <br />$16,900.
