SUMMARY <br /> The following is the official summary of Ordinance #14 -14, which has been approved by the City Council <br /> of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #14 -14 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Section 117 -118 to <br /> reduce the Minimum Floor Area Ratio in The COR -1 Sub - District, which will have an effect of lowering <br /> the minimum density required within this sub - district. The ordinance does not amend the City's long -range <br /> Development Plan for The COR. The intent of the City is to continue to strive towards the original vision <br /> for this sub - district, but provide for a more market - driven, sustainable, and incremental approach to <br /> eventually build towards this vision. <br /> SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City <br /> Charter Section 5.07. <br /> Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 12t day of November, 2014. <br /> Mayor <br />
