Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Nosan, Maul, Bauer, and <br /> VanScoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Brauer. <br /> 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS /COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> 5.01: Public Hearing: Consider a Recommendation on Resolutions #14 -10 -202 and #14- <br /> 10 -203 Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Sales at 6650 <br /> Highway 10 NW; Case of Ramsey Pawn, LLC <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Chairperson Levine called the public hearing to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> Presentation <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill presented the staff report stating the purpose of this <br /> case was to recommend an action to the City Council regarding a request from Ramsey Pawn, <br /> LLC to perform motor vehicle sales on the property located at 6650 Highway 10 NW. Ramsey <br /> Pawn, LLC currently operates a retail pawn store on the Subject Property. Ramsey Pawn desires <br /> to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales License to sell motor vehicles they ultimately take possession of. <br /> Staff reviewed the request in further detail and recommended the Commission adopt the <br /> Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Citizen Input <br /> Commissioner Maul asked how many vehicles could be sold on the site. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill explained that the Conditional Use Permit would <br /> allow for six vehicles to be sold at the property. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Bauer, seconded by Commissioner VanScoy, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Bauer, VanScoy, Maul, and <br /> Nosan. Voting No: None. Absent: Brauer. <br /> Chairperson Levine closed the public hearing closed at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Commission Business <br /> Planning Commission /October 9, 2014 <br /> Page 2 of 14 <br />
