PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November <br />29, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember David Bawden <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Prese'nt ~ <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />City Attorney William Goodrich (arrived 7:42 p.m.) <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka (arrived 8:00 p.m.) <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. <br />and led in. the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPU~ <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Bawden to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions and adjustments: <br /> <br /> Add: <br /> <br /> Case ~7: Time extension for recording Meadowbrook Estates Addition. <br /> Adjustments: <br /> <br /> Case #1 will be discussed after 8:00 p.m. when the City Engineer is <br /> present. <br /> <br /> Case ¥/5 will be discussed after 8:00 p.m., when the Cable T.V. <br /> representative is present. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Hartley noted that the City has received a letter <br />of resignation from Building Official Erickson. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
