CAS # ! <br /> <br />REQUEST TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM B-3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS <br />TO R~I URBAN RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF WILLIAMS INVESTMENTS, INC. <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ralph Williams is requesting a rezoning of property located south of Super Bowl to facilitate the <br />development of single family homes on the property. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />State statute requires notification of the public hearing to owners of property within 350 feet of the <br />subject property. Staff sent hearing notices to owners of property within 500 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The property is approximately 1 acre in size and is in the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (/Vi-USA). <br />The applicant is proposing to subsequently plat the property into urban residential lots.
