The As-Builts shall be submitted on <br />forms provided or approved by the Department. <br /> <br />when required by the Department, holding, septic, <br />or dosing tanks shall be filled with liquid to the <br />discharge invert level for a sufficient period of <br />time to demonstrate they are water tight. <br /> <br />Inspection Report. A Certificate of Compliance or <br />Notice of Noncompliance shall be prepared by the <br />Department following an inspection or review of as- <br />built plans submitted in accordance with Section <br />8.30.04 b.1. above. A Certificate of Compliance or <br />Notice of Noncompliance must include a signed <br />statement by the inspector identifying the type of <br />ISTS inspected and whether the system is in <br />compliance with MN RULES Chapter 7080.0060. A copy <br />of the Certificate of Compliance or Notice of <br />Noncompliance shall be provided to the property <br />owner within 30 days of the compliance inspection <br />and a copy kept on file with the Department. <br /> <br /> c. Stop Work Orders. Whenever any work is being done <br />contrary[~to the provisions of this SECTION, the Department may <br />order the work stopped by verbal or written notice personally <br />served u~on the installer or owner of the land. All installation <br />and construction shall cease and desist until subsequent <br />authorization to proceed is received from the Department. <br /> <br /> d. ! Inspection Requirements for Existing Systems. Only a <br />qualifie4 e~ployee or authorized licensee or licensed Designer I or <br />InspectO~ igdependent of the owner and the installer shall conduct <br />an inspe=tl0n when a compliance inspection is required for an <br />existin~',iISTS.'~ A copy of the Certificate of Compliance or Notice <br />of Non-e~mpliance resulting from a compliance inspection shall be <br />provide~l~to 'the property owner and the City within 30 days of the <br />inspect ion. <br /> <br />1. Mandatory Compliance Inspections o£ Existing <br /> Systems. <br /> <br />An ISTS shall require a compliance inspection when <br />any one of the following conditions occur; <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />No owner of a tract of land on which a <br />dwelling is located or a tract of land on <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> <br />
