As <br />the reports show, the City issued 11 new home permits which compares to the 9 projected during <br />this same period in the residential activity forecast. This activity brings the total projected single <br />family home p~rmits to 222 for the entire year. In addition to the continued single family home <br />construction, the City has received additional applications for the Sunfish Square townhouse <br />development. ;This continues the City's development of a completion of the life cycle housing <br />needs for the residents of the City. <br /> <br />If you have a~ ~' suggestions, or questions, concerning this report, please contact me. <br /> <br /> <br />
