A model <br />ordinance waS reviewed by the Road and Bridge Committee on November 25, 1997, and the <br />committee dir~eeted a number of modifications in areas where the non-mandated options were <br />allowed. On.,~ January 13, 1998, the proposed ordinance was introduced.
