Such certificates signify that the <br />system in question is or has been designed and <br />installed in compliance or non-compliance with the <br />provisions of these standards and regulations. <br /> <br />d. ~ Definitions. <br /> <br />_AS .B~JILTS - Drawings and documentation specifying the final <br />in-~aCe locat%on, size and type of all system components. <br />Thes~ records identify the results of materials testing and <br />describe conditions during construction. A room planned and <br />invaded for sleeping. <br /> <br />CE~.~IFICATE OF COMPbIANCE, .ISTS - A document from a licensed <br />sewage i treatment insp.ector fully licensed by the State of <br />Min~esota or a qualified employee provided to the owner of <br />property on which a dwelling is located which is required to <br />hav~ an ISTS and to the City, indicating that said ISTS is not <br />a failing system nor an imminent ~hrea~ to public health or <br />safety and, for new construction and replacement, is <br />constructed in compliance with MN.
