It was agreed to table the 1rem, that those changes agreed to <br />shoula be shown by a marker on the plan before the Commission, then <br />shown to the City Council for their comment. The Intent would be <br />that the Commission would look at the site plan one more time <br />fo]lowing the comments from the Council. <br /> <br />Those items to be shown on the site plan are: <br /> <br />A roof or car-port type structure over the exterior <br />storage as a~reed to Dy Mr. Rychner earlier this evening. <br />The structural changes to the existln~ building that are <br />to be made. <br />The 20-foot easement to be given to the City along the <br />south slde of the property. <br /> <br />MOTION by LaDue, Seconded by Deemer, that we pass this on to the <br />Council along wlth the site plan as amended, those amenc~ments shown <br />In the Minutes of the meeting Dy motions and consensus; and that <br />either before or subsequent to the Council hearing on this that <br />the final site plan be returned to the P]annlng and Zoning for <br />review. <br /> <br />VOTE ON MOTION: YES-Deemer, LaDue, Thorud, Zimmerman~ NO-None; <br />ABSENT: Bawden, Hendrlksen, Terry.
