This month the Commission <br />will be reviewing Flintwood Hill's and Ramsey Terrace Park. <br /> <br />If you wish to comment on the proposed development, schedule for development or any <br />other aspect of these parks' development, please attend the Parks Commission meeting <br />February 14, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. The Parks Commission meets in the Council Chambers <br />al the City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />The Commission encourages your participation in determining the development of your <br />neighborhood park. A synopsis of park information follows: <br /> <br />Name: Flintwood Hills Park <br />Size: 13 acres <br />Location: 142nd Avenue NW <br />Classification: Class 3 open space/undevelopable <br />Physical Features: flat wooded with intermittent ponding <br />Capital Improvements: Leave as open space with possible exception of south end, <br /> small neighborhood mini park. <br />5 Year CIP: No dollars budgeted. <br /> <br />Name: Ramsey Terrace Park <br />Size: ,4.6 acres <br />Location: Junkite Street N.W. <br />Classification: Class 2 neighborhood park <br />Physical Features: Wooded wetland with some high areas of oak savanna <br />Development; some playground and picnicking equipment <br />Capital Improvements: possible trailhead to Ramsey Elementary School. <br />5 Year CIP: No dollars budgeted. <br /> <br />Cordially, <br /> <br />RAMSEY PARKS COMMISSION <br /> <br /> <br />
