The City could undertake an expansion and development of its park system. Land could be
acquired and park facilities would be constructed across the community. It is estimated that about
two to four million dollars would be required to complete this first phase of parks development. A
bond referendum would be required to fund this project. To cover these costs, the average
$80,000 home in Ramsey would have a property tax increase of about $74.29 per year for fifteen
years. While the average business property tax increase would be approximately $851.54 for a
$250,000 property for fifteen years.

69.

Would you support or oppose this bond referendum for parks expansion and development?
(WAIT FOR RESPONSE) And do you feel strongly that way?

STRONGLY SUPPORT ................................
