The preliminary plat should <br />designate the exact area of each lot. <br /> <br />9) <br /> <br />10) <br /> <br />All lots contained in Blocks 1, 2 and 3 appear to meet the size and setback requirements for <br />the B-] District, however, a highway easement exists along the West side of Trunk <br />Highway #47. This easement should be shown on the preliminary plat so that its impact on <br />the adjacent lots ma), be assessed. <br /> <br />The sketch plan should be submitted to the Park and Recreation Commission for a <br />recommendation on land dedication. <br /> <br />12) <br /> <br />The sketch plan should include the address and telephone number of the fee owner. <br /> <br />Existing 20 foot utility easements exists on the property. The location of these easements <br />should be identified on the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
