An Open House has been scheduled <br />for Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. outside of the Council Chambers prior to the Planning <br />Commission Meeting to discuss two elements of the redevelopment of the Old Municipal <br />Center /Fire Station No. 1: 1) New Fire Station No. 2 Design and 2) future of existing access <br />point /driveway at Nowthen Boulevard. Attached to the Weekly Update is the Invite to the Fire <br />Station No. 2 Design Open House. <br />City Website Portraits. The photographer will be on -site from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />December 9th for photos. Councilmember Elect Williams and Councilmember Elect Shryock; as <br />well as current councilmembers wishing to have their photo retaken are invited to the second floor <br />of City Hall for individual portraits which will be posted to the City's website. Once again, the <br />City of Ramsey will be a collection site this holiday season for Toys for Joy and Granny's Closet <br />of Anoka County. Toys for Joy accepts new, unwrapped toys for children ages 0 -18, as well as <br />cash and food donations. Granny's Closet collects new items for seniors in need, such as clothing, <br />bedding, and household items. <br />Please look for the collection boxes in the Ramsey Municipal Center lobby to drop off donations <br />during regular business hours, now until Tuesday, December 16 Thank you for your <br />consideration! Attached to this Weekly Update are Flyers Providing more Information on the <br />Toys for Joy and Granny's Closet Collections. <br />Blood Drive. The City of Ramsey Blood Drive for the American Red Cross is scheduled for <br />Thursday, December 18 from 8:30 am - 2:30 pm at the Ramsey Municipal Center.
