This 72-unit facility is expected to open in first-quarter 2015. A majority of the site work and building <br />exterior components have been completed. Construction is currently focused on interior finish. For more information, please <br />visit www.stoneyriverramsey.com or call 612-615-9936. <br />Brookfield 4th Addition Substantially Complete; Multiple Homes Under Construction <br />Earlier this summer, Brookfield Land, LLC/Capstone Homes reached substantial completion of public infrastructure within the <br />Brookfield 4th Addition plat consisting of 32 single-family lots.
