SUMMARY <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #14-14, which has been approved by the City Council <br />of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #14-14 to amend Ramsey, Minnesota City Code Section 117-118 to <br />reduce the Minimum Floor Area Ratio in The COR-1 Sub -District, which will have an effect of lowering <br />the minimum density required within this sub -district. The ordinance does not amend the City's long-range <br />Development Plan for The COR. The intent of the City is to continue to strive towards the original vision <br />for this sub -district, but provide for a more market -driven, sustainable, and incremental approach to <br />eventually build towards this vision. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The effective date of this Ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City <br />Charter Section 5.07. <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 12th day of November, 2014. <br />Mayor <br />
