The Council uses the Score in evaluating applications for funds through the Livable Communities <br />Act programs and it is anticipated it will be used for the Regional Solicitation for federal transportation funds. <br />Based on the Guidelines for Priority Funding for Housing Performance, we have calculated a final housing <br />performance score for your community for 2014 as indicated on this worksheet. <br />As the following sheet outlines, we use secondary data sources to calculate the first 37 possible points (shown <br />in blue); 63 possible points (shown in green) come from the Affordable Housing Production Survey completed <br />by your staff. <br />Sincerely, <br />Guy Peterson <br />Director, Community Development Division <br />i <br />
