The lake will be a layering of public <br />and private amenities — such as the integration of restaurant overlooks, required open space, public paths, wading areas and shady aesthetics, all of <br />which provides the `green' and `blue' (and stormwater) connections between The Draw and retail areas. <br />PARK TRUST FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT SHOWS A NEGATIVE ENDING BALANCE AS OF 2016.
