Improvements <br />will also include the expansion of the existing parking lot, and the construction of refrigerated rinks. <br />PARK TRUST FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT SHOWS A NEGATIVE ENDING BALANCE AS OF 2016. PROJECT UNFUNDED. <br />Justification <br />This warming house will function as a hub for winter recreation in the city with ice skating, sliding, and cross-country ski trails.
