The City of Ramsey is considering an ordinance regulating and licensing massage <br />therapists and massage establishments. The primary reason for regulating and licensing <br />is to reduce or eliminate chances for criminal activities. An ordinance will provide City staff <br />and law enforcement with the tools needed to properly regulate those who use massage <br />businesses improperly.
