Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-12-255 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2015 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2015 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 7,926,570 <br />Licenses and Permits 417,132 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 418,600 <br />Charges for Services 555,700 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 71,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 60,000 <br />Miscellaneous 12,750 <br />Other Financing Sources 962,007 <br />Total Revenues $ 10.423.759 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 2,642,802 <br />Public Safety 4,333,973 <br />Public Works 2,268,546 <br />Parks and Recreation 910,654 <br />Contingency 30,457 <br />Other Financing Uses 237,327 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $10.423.759 <br />2) That the City Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, December 29, 2014. <br />3) That all contractual agreements contained within the 2015 General Fund Budget will be <br />considered ratified. <br />4) That all itemized capital equipment purchases contained within the 2015 General Fund <br />Budget will be considered ratified. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />
