Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #14-09-186 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2015 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2015 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 7,816,937 <br />Licenses and Permits 417,132 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 418,600 <br />Charges for Services 555,700 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 71,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 60,000 <br />Miscellaneous 12,750 <br />Other Financing Sources 962,007 <br />Total Revenues $10.314.126 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 2,630,775 <br />Public Safety 4,344,445 <br />Public Works 2,310,518 <br />Parks and Recreation 865,219 <br />Contingency 40,000 <br />Other Financing Uses 123,169 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 10.314.126 <br />2) That the Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Monday, September 15, 2014. That the <br />motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Backous and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Backous <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />
