I understand that the project is to create a plat of the existing Rivers Bend Park <br />property for the purpose of creating a dedicated Public Park. <br />Our scope of services will consist of the following: <br />• Communications and Research <br />> City to provide copies of existing deeds, County right-of-way easement and Great <br />River Energy easement documents. <br />> Obtain and download current aerial mapping. <br />> Obtain copies of adjacent plats. <br />• Compute, Plot and Draft Final Plat <br />> Provide right-of-way for Xkimo Street NW and 142" d Lane NW <br />> Create Outlot for existing pumphouse. <br />> Create easement around existing well. <br />> Depict wetland from aerial photo. <br />> Compute "survey line" along shoreline from aerial photography. <br />• Field Survey <br />> Set benchmark required plat for final and obtain elevation of Rum River. <br />> Set property, right-of-way and survey line corner monuments. <br />• Final Plat Submissions <br />> Provide electronic file and copies of final plat to City of Ramsey for formal approval. <br />> Submit copy to Anoka County Surveyor's office for review. <br />> Upon approvals from City and County have final recordable mylars made (by others). <br />Hakanson Anderson proposes to conduct this work for a fee of $6,995.00. <br />
