A Wasle Managemeni Company <br /> <br />Description of Request (continued) <br /> <br />e. 6,000 feet of 15 inch underground discharge pipe. <br /> <br />f. 600 feet of 36 inch reinforce concrete storm sewer. <br /> <br />The treatment facility will be operated in accordance to the <br />National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and <br />State Disposal System (SDS) Permit number MN 0060259 issued <br />by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA)o A copy of <br />the NPDES/SDS Permit is included in Attachment 1. <br /> <br />6. Present Zoning District <br /> <br />The barrier wells, 3 recovery wells, treatment facility and <br />the majority of the underground collection system will be <br />constructed on landfill property. Five of the recovery wells <br />and the portion of the collection system associated with these <br />wells will be constructed east of landfill property in an area <br />zoned residential. The discharge pipe will be constructed in <br />an ~rea zoned industrial. <br /> <br />7. site Map <br /> <br />A site map and treatment facility layout is included in <br />Attachment 2. <br /> <br />8. Drainage Plan <br /> <br />Drainage on the site will not be adversely effected. The area <br />around the treatment facility will be sloped to provide <br />drainage away from the facility. Only a small area will be <br />paved over (40 ft. × 40 ft.). Because of the sandy soils in <br />the area, runoff from the paved area will easily infiltrate <br />into the ground. <br /> <br />9. Access to Site <br /> <br />Access to the treatment facility will be by a private road <br />located entirely on landfill property. The access road will <br />be located either as shown on the site map or from Waltec, <br />Inc.'s driveway, north to the treatment facility. <br /> <br />I0. Garbage Container Location <br /> <br />There will be no garbage containers associated with the pump- <br />out and treatment facility. <br /> <br /> <br />
