A Was]e Managernenl Compan~r

12.

13.

Neighborhood Meeting (continued)

each individual well. From this data, it is not
anticipated that the pump-out system will have any
adverse affects on groundwater elevations in the
area. If wells are adversely impacted by the pump-
out system, WMMI will modify or replace the affected
wells.

c. Noise

Blowers at the treatment facility will be located
inside a building to suppress noise. The are no
other components of the system that have the
potential to create a noise problem. Noise
generated at the facility will be kept below
regulatory state noise levels.

Odors

Exhaust from the air strippers will pass through
carbon filters before being discharged to the
atmosphere. WMMI anticipate that odors will not be
evident from the facility.

At the conclusion of the meeting, residents who supported the
project and/or felt they could not attend the public hearing
were requested to sign a petition stating their support. A
copy of the attendance sheet and signatures of people
supporting the project is included in Attachment 3.

Effects of Proposal on Traffic in Area

The proposed pump-out and treatment facility will have no
adverse affect on traffic in the area. Access to the
treatment facility will be by a private road. No new access
to Sunfish Lake Boulevard will be constructed.

14. Previous Submittals

Through the coarse of this project ~II has made several
submittals to the City of Ramsey which provides a large amount
of information on this project regarding concept, modeling,
design, layout, etc. Information that has been submitted
includes, but is not limited to the following:

a.
