EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of April, 1991, by <br /> <br />and between the City of Ramsey ("CITY") and WASTE MANAGEMENT OF <br />MINNESOTA, INC. ("WMMI"), a Minnesota corporation. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the CITY has issued to WMMI a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") <br />permitting it to operate a groundwater recovery and treatment facility on certain real <br />property legally described on Schedule A attached hereto and by this reference made <br />a part hereof (the "Site") said CUP having been issued by the CITY on April , <br />1991. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a part of said CUP, WMMt is obligated to defiver an executed <br />Indemnification Agreement to the CITY. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and of other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which the parties hereto hereby <br />acknowledge, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
