Said conditional use permit was <br />revoked on January 28, 1992, for non-compliance. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or <br />working in the vicinity of the proposed use. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not substantial or adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be harmonious with and in accordance with the specific <br />objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will be designed, constructed, operated and maintained in order to be <br />harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing and intended character of the R- <br />3 Urbaia Residential District and the proposed use will/will not change the essential <br />character of the R-3 Urban Residential District. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring land uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be an improvement to the property in the immediate <br />vicinityand to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be adequately served by essential public services and <br />facilities. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost <br />for public facilities and services and that the proposed use will/will not be detrimental to <br />personS, property or the general welfare. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
