C~:~m~ilmember <br />:.',;.. ;.;~s adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLI. gI'ION DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />ESTABLISH AUTO REPAIR/TOWING SERVICES/NEW PARTS SALES AT <br />1~600 NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W. (PIN 25-32-25-23-0006) <br /> <br />No defined hazardous wastes shall be stored or handled at the facility unless the required <br />permits have been obtained from Anoka County Environmental Services and the City has <br />been provided a copy of same. Any disposal of automotive fluids shall be in accordance <br />with State Statutes and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency roles and regulations. <br /> <br />There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities conducted at the site or in conjunction with <br />the business. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no outdoor storage of any inventory, parts, and equipment. <br /> <br />Any signs erected on the site shall be in accordance with the specifications of City Code for <br />business uses. <br /> <br />There shall be no off-street parking in areas other than those designated on the site plan <br />dated March 16, 1992 and attached hereto as Exhibit A. The off-street parking areas <br />designated on the site plan shall accommodate employees, customers and vehicles awaiting <br />repazrs, <br /> <br />The driveway and off-street parking area shall be surfaced with bituminous and B-612 <br />concrete curbing. The hardsurfacing and curbing improvements shall be accomplished by <br /> ,199__. <br /> <br />Opaque wooden fences, 6 feet in height, shall be used to screen the tire storage area, <br />dumpsters, and impound lot. <br /> <br />Prior to ;the issuance of this conditional use permit, the permit holder shall be required to <br />deposit~a financial guarantee with the City in an amount equal to 125% of the City <br />Engine0r's estimate for the bituminous and concrete curb improvements to insure the <br />installation of same. The form of the financial guarantee shall be subject to the City's <br />approval. <br /> <br />Hours of operation shall be limited to __ a.m. to <br />Friday; a.m. to p.m. Saturdays; and <br />Sundays. <br /> <br />p.m., Monday through <br />a.m. to p.m., <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The above ground storage of any automotive fluids shall comply with all applicable State, <br />County or local regulations. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br /> <br />
