a) <br /> <br />The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the applicant, the owner of the property <br />on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, the owner of the sign, and the person to be <br />erecting or affixing the sign. <br /> <br />b) Type of sign. <br /> <br />c) Type of construction materials to be used. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Location of building, structure or lot to which, or upon which, the sign is to be attached or <br />erected. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest buildings, <br />structures, public su'eets, right-of-ways and property lines, along with location and square <br />footage areas for all existing signs on the same premises. The drawing showing such <br />position shall be prepared "to scale"; <br /> <br />f). <br /> <br />Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of construction or <br />attachment to the building or in the ground, including all dimensions, locating all light <br />sources, wattage, type and color of lights and details of any light shields or shades. <br /> <br />g) <br /> <br />Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated for dead load <br />and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other ordinances of the City, if <br />required by the Zoning Administrator or Building Official. The Zoning Administrator or <br />Building Official may require additional information concerning safety. <br /> <br />h). <br /> <br />An agreement with the city which would authorize and direct the City of Ramsey to remove <br />the sign and sign structure, at the expense of the applicant, where maintenance is required <br />and the maintenance is not furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying <br />the maintenance required by the City. <br /> <br />9.12.19 PERMIT ISSUANCE OR DENIAL <br /> <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the erection, alteration, or <br />relocation of a sign within 14 days of receipt of a completed application and non- <br />refundable application fee provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws <br />and regulations of the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 <br /> <br />When a permit is denied, written notice shall be provided to the applicant along with <br />a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or Building <br />Official may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false statement or <br />misrepresentation of fact in the application. <br /> <br />9.12.20 REFUNDS <br /> <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />If an issued permit is withdrawn by the applicant within 90 days of issuance, and if <br />no inspections have been made and no work authorized by the permit has been <br />performed, 50% of the pen:nit fee may be refunded to the applicant. <br /> <br />Draft Date March 30, 1992 <br /> Page 17 of 19 <br /> <br /> <br />
