a) The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the applicant, the owner of the property on which the sign is to be erected or affixed, the owner of the sign, and the person to be erecting or affixing the sign. b) Type of sign. c) Type of construction materials to be used. d) Location of building, structure or lot to which, or upon which, the sign is to be attached or erected. e) Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest buildings, structures, public su'eets, right-of-ways and property lines, along with location and square footage areas for all existing signs on the same premises. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale"; f). Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of construction or attachment to the building or in the ground, including all dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and details of any light shields or shades. g) Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated for dead load and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other ordinances of the City, if required by the Zoning Administrator or Building Official. The Zoning Administrator or Building Official may require additional information concerning safety. h). An agreement with the city which would authorize and direct the City of Ramsey to remove the sign and sign structure, at the expense of the applicant, where maintenance is required and the maintenance is not furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the maintenance required by the City. 9.12.19 PERMIT ISSUANCE OR DENIAL Subd. 1 The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the erection, alteration, or relocation of a sign within 14 days of receipt of a completed application and non- refundable application fee provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the City. Subd. 2 When a permit is denied, written notice shall be provided to the applicant along with a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or Building Official may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false statement or misrepresentation of fact in the application. 9.12.20 REFUNDS Subd. 1 If an issued permit is withdrawn by the applicant within 90 days of issuance, and if no inspections have been made and no work authorized by the permit has been performed, 50% of the pen:nit fee may be refunded to the applicant.
