~. Collection of O11.
Ail transmissions and engines must by state law be drained of
all possible oil and other fluids prior to delivery to us for
processing, Therefore, the oil we are planning for is only that
minimal amount that cannot be drained while the units are whole.
The teardown tables each have an oil-collecting reservoir
built around the outside edge to collect the remaining drops of. oil
clinging to ~he product. This channels any oil residue into a
~o'~lectionlbucket under the table. That collection bucket is then
emptied imto an above-ground barrel.
The ~loor in the proposed addition will contain a dry pan
floor drain and a flammable waste interceptor tank. The floor in
the transm~ssion and engine processing are~will be sloped so that
all fluids on the floor will flow into the drain and be collected
in the flammable waste trap.
Ail oil collected during operations is purchased by Oil
Services, !nc. and recycled.
Otherl than dealing with the oil residue transmissions and
engines will be processed as is the other feed stock.

B. Plan for Parking on Lots 2, 3 and 4o

The area south of the chain link fence will be hard-surfaced
for parking by employees and other visitors to the site. This area
will provide a minimum of 20 parking spaces for automobiles. This
is enoUgh· Space for all the employees on the day shift plus three
spaces for visitors.
An area inside (as shown on the site plan) the fence will De
hard-surfaced for parking of trucks, tractors, trailers and lugger
boxes. ~t~will also be used for overflow parking for automobiles.
All debris from the previous owner has been removed from Lots
2, 3 and 4.
All buses from Lots 2, 3 and 4 have been removed°

6. Present Zoning District. I-1.

7. Site Plan.

Please see attached drawings which show the required
specifications. The only signs contem plated is the painting of
the business name and the street number directly on the building.

8. Drainage Plan.

The drainage from Lot 1 would not be altered by construction
Of the proposed addition. The area on which the addition is to be
build is already covered by a 6" concrete slab directing water flow
to the drainage ditch bordering Basalt St.
The drainage from the areas to be hard-surfaced on Lots 2 and
3 will also be directed to the drainage ditch bordering Basalt St.

9. Access to Site.

Access to the site shall remain the same.
