The CUP currently in force required a performance review concurrently with Mr. Karst's <br />application for site plan review to expand the existing facility operations. In reviewing the terms of <br />the CUP, a couple of items have not yet been resolved. Mr. Karst was to petition for municipal <br />water and sanitary sewer services. Mr. Karst did petition and has been informed that the petition <br />will require two additional signatures in order to meet the criteria for a feasibility study being <br />ordered. The current CUP also required that both furnace afterburners be installed by March 15, <br />1991. Mr. Karsfs most recent application for CUP amendment indicates that he is continuing to <br />work will MPCA for approval to the afterburner installation.
