I <br />believe it is a well constructed building and with some touch-up work, it would be a viable <br />dwelling. The square footage exceeds that required by City Code for ramblers in the rural area. <br />This home is 1278 square feet and City Code requires 912 square feet. The attached garage is <br />approximately 624 square feet and matches the home. The garage needs some repair, but it is not a <br />major problem. <br /> <br />Permit fees will be determined as though the structure was site built. Incidentally, the valuation for <br />permit determination will be +$90,000. There are park dedication fees associated with Alpaca <br />Estates 3rd Addition and the park dedication fee will be .25% times the valuation. <br /> <br />The accessory structure (26' x 36') meets City requirements for square footage and I perceive no <br />problems with its being moved into the City. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />Glyn H.
