Councilmemlx~r <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION #92-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST TO MOVE IN STRUCTURES ONTO <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 2, ALPACA ESTATES 3RD ADDITION BASED ON FINDINGS <br />OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />On , 1992, the Ramsey City Council approved a request by Mr. Dennis <br />Christiansen (~'Petmittee") to move in a single family dwelling with attached garage and an <br />accessory strtlcture onto Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition. The terms of this <br />development permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That ali plumbing shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Plumbing <br />Code. <br /> <br />That al! electrical circuits shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State <br />Electrical Code. <br /> <br />That the placement of the structures shall comply with all City Codes and the Permittee <br />shall acquire all necessary permits, including a building permit. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That. nO building permit will be issued until the financial guarantee described in Paragraph 7 <br />has been satisfied. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the exterior walls of the dwelling, attached garage and accessory garage shall be <br />repainted. <br /> <br />That thc establishment of the structures on the subject parcel shall be completed and receive <br />certificate of occupancy by ,1992. Failure to complete the <br />project :by , 1992, will permit the City to draw upon the financial <br />guarantee required in paragraph 7 of this agreement. <br /> <br />That th~ Permittee shall provide the City of Ramsey with an escrow deposit in the form of <br />cash or letter of credit, in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($3,000.00), <br />for the purpose of guaranteeing compliance with the terms of this development permit and <br />satisfactory completion of the project, as determined by the Building Official. <br /> <br />That the Permittee hereby agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses incurred in <br />administering this development permit. Failure to pay the City expenses incurred within 15 <br />days of billing by the City will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee <br />required by this agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
