Councilmemlx~r adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-05- A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST TO MOVE IN STRUCTURES ONTO LOT 1, BLOCK 2, ALPACA ESTATES 3RD ADDITION BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT On , 1992, the Ramsey City Council approved a request by Mr. Dennis Christiansen (~'Petmittee") to move in a single family dwelling with attached garage and an accessory strtlcture onto Lot 1, Block 2, Alpaca Estates 3rd Addition. The terms of this development permit are as follows: That ali plumbing shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Plumbing Code. That al! electrical circuits shall be tested in accordance with the requirements of the State Electrical Code. That the placement of the structures shall comply with all City Codes and the Permittee shall acquire all necessary permits, including a building permit. o That. nO building permit will be issued until the financial guarantee described in Paragraph 7 has been satisfied. o That the exterior walls of the dwelling, attached garage and accessory garage shall be repainted. That thc establishment of the structures on the subject parcel shall be completed and receive certificate of occupancy by ,1992. Failure to complete the project :by , 1992, will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee required in paragraph 7 of this agreement. That th~ Permittee shall provide the City of Ramsey with an escrow deposit in the form of cash or letter of credit, in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($3,000.00), for the purpose of guaranteeing compliance with the terms of this development permit and satisfactory completion of the project, as determined by the Building Official. That the Permittee hereby agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses incurred in administering this development permit. Failure to pay the City expenses incurred within 15 days of billing by the City will permit the City to draw upon the financial guarantee required by this agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
