9.20.21 B-I Business District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision L Inten~ The purpose of the B-l. Conditional Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and reDflated by ~9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a.
