Commissioner <br />Deemer stated that the developer has to address the cost <br />and procedure on bringing 149th up to City standards <br />regarding its length. <br /> <br />Forward Planning & Zoning's recommendation that City <br />Council adopt a resolution approving the findings of fact <br />and the issuance of an amended conditional use permit to <br />Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. <br /> <br />Forward Planning & Zoning's recommendation that City <br />Council approve Mr. Karst's application for site plan <br />approval contingent upon City Engineer's letter as <br />modified by this Commission with the options of <br />discussing with City Staff the items in #6 of the City <br />Engineer's letter and staff discretion if the changes have <br />to be brought before the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />again. Curbing waived on all lots until City puts in storm <br />sewer. <br /> <br />Forward Planning & Zoning's recommendation that City <br />Council adopt a resolution accepting Finding's of Fact, as <br />amended, relating to Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc's <br />request for an amended conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Karst stated he would get water usage information to <br />you. <br /> <br />Mr. Karst stated he would get the signed architectural <br />plans for his building to you. <br /> <br />Council approved the request for a revised preliminary <br />plat of River Bluffs P.U.D. contingent upon final review <br />by the DNR, resolving the park dedication issue and the <br />following contingencies set forth by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission which are as follows: 1) Vacating <br />the Juniper ridge Drive stub in Rum Acres; 2) That the <br />developer provide soil borings for each lot in the plat; 3) <br />That all lots in the plat should meet the 150' minimum <br />lot width; 4) That the proposed final plat shall be <br />reviewed by P&Z; and 5) That a drainage and utility <br />easement be provided for Rum Acres to the west into the <br />proposed plat of Rum River Bluffs in an alignment that <br />would connect with Juniper Ridge Drive.
