One of the items was listed as follows: <br />Jankowski 3/2/92 F.Y.I. - "P&Z Commissioner <br />Deemer stated two street lights - one on County Road #5 <br />and one in Flintwood does not meet the specifications as <br />set by the City". I listed it as a "Noted" item; however, <br />P&Z requested an affirmation in writing from you that <br />you are aware of the correct specifications for street <br />lights. <br /> <br />P&Z directed you to write a letter to Mr. Danny Karst <br />directing him to proceed with the CUP applied for on <br />April 11, 1991 or appear before the Commission with an <br />explanation. Give him 30 days to respond to your letter. <br />Place this item on a subsequent P&Z agenda. <br /> <br />P&Z Commissioner Terry stated that the Highway #10 <br />Corridor Study has never appeared before the P&Z or the <br />City Council. There has never been a public hearing. <br />P&Z requested this issue be placed on a subsequent <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Schedule a special P&Z Commission meeting for 7:30, <br />Monday, April 13, 1992. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council approve the proposed site plan for the expansion <br />of the clubhouse at the Rum River Hills Golf Course <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter <br />dated April 9, 1992. P&Z also recommends that the lot <br />boundary be corrected and that a sprinkler system - at <br />least in the kitchen area - be considered a requirement. <br /> <br />Make the following amendments to the Findings of Fact for <br />Jeffrey Cross' request for a variance to front yard <br />setback requirements: #12 to read "That if granted, the <br />proposed variance will not impair an adequate supply of <br />light . . ." #13 to read "That if granted, the proposed <br />variance will not unreasonably increase the congestion in <br />the public street". #14 to read "That if granted, the <br />proposed variance will not adversely impact the degree of <br />public health . . ." #15 to read "That if granted, the <br />proposed variance will not unreasonably diminish <br />established property values . . ." #16 to read "That the <br />unique circumstances on the subject property do not <br />result from the actions of the Applicant". #17 to read <br />"That if granted, the variance will not grant any special <br />privilege . . ." <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />C <br /> <br /> <br />
